Performance 4A’s Curator’s Intensive

Curator-Intensive-templateAmong the many amazing organisations we love to see opening up dialogue around contemporary Asian and Australian culture is 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art. Established in 1996, 4A believes that Asian cultural thinking will have an important impact on the future. 4A’s aim is to ensure contemporary visual art plays a central role in understanding the dynamic relationship between Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

One of their approaches to this work is the Curator’s Intensive, which this year features Cosmin Costinas (HK), Dr Sophie McIntyre (AUS) and Robin Pekham (HK/Beijing) – congratulations as well to the amazing cohort of curators who will be taking part, themselves an accomplished group of practitioners from around the globe and Australia.

For more details about the program, and the participants, head to the 4A website.

Great work, 4A, and we’ll look forward to the fruits of these diverse labours!
